To Gentlemen, Squatters, Merchants, Farmers, New Arrivals, and Market Gardeners. 200 Acres of the Finest Land and the most delightful locality near Town, only 2| miles from the Post Office, now surveyed and subdivided in Blocks of from 10 to 50 acres. Borton, Esq., to offer for sale by auction, at our rooms, iv High-street, on Thursday, April 17th, at one o'clock, the whole of this really valuable property. Blocks Nos. 116 and 115, contain each about 8 acres, is uncultivated, but fine productive soil. Blocks Nos. 130, 131, 133, each about 11 acres_ is all fenced, and forms one paddock.
