For general stores (much wanted) few situations are more promising, the distance of the Tomahawk District from Dunedin being inconveniently great for the numerous settlers. Firewood, and stone for building purposes, plentiful and near at hand. The scenery in the neighborhood is most beautiful, and the ocean beach within an easy walk. Further particulars, with a plan of the lots, will be ready next week. Paddocks and bush land will be offered for sale and lease early in May.
