Having a Freehold Estate in possession situate within tlie District for which the vote is claimed of the clear value of £50 above all charges and incum- ' brances and of or to which ho has been seised or entitled either at Law or in Equity for at least six ' calendar months before the 30th of April; or ' 2. CROWN LANDS.—BLOCK IV, HILLEND DISTRICT, WAITAHUNA.—Notice is hereby given that applications for Sections hi Block IV, Hillend District, Waitahuna, will be received at the Waste Lands Office, Dunedin, on and after Monday, the 31st day of March next. The land adjoins and lies East of Block V of the same District, being situate on the North hank of the Clutha, about two miles below the junction of that river with the Waitahuna. W. H. INE HILL BUSH RESERVE.—Notice is hereby given that Licenses for sawing timber on the Pine Hill Bush Reserve may be obtained at the Land Ofiice, Dunedin, on application. ; The following rule for the regulation of sawyers is published for general information : That no sawyer sliall be allowed to cut within 50 yards of any adjoining pit, nor beyond 50 yards from that in his own occupation.
