ACCOMMODATION HOUSE, WAIPORI. fjni-IE Occupant of this House having failed to pro_l Tide proper accommodation, the public are informed that Tenders will be received at the Superintendent's Office, Dunedin, on or before FRIDAY, 28th February current, for permission to occupy the present Building on payment of a Rent (to be stated by the Tenderer), and the usual license fee for the Sale of Spirituous Liqaors. Provision must be made independently of accommodation forordinary travellers, for separate Bedrooms for at least 10 persons ; also a separate Sitting Room. A good stable for at least 12 horses must also be erected. Plans of the whole to be lodged with the tender. The lease will be for one year, but will be renewed in the event of the character of the House, and the Seals of Charges being satisfactory to the Government; but if the. Lease is not renewed, Valuation will be given for sill Buildings erected under sanction of the Government. The buildings must be erected within two months from the date of acceptance of tender, and a deposit of £50 will require to be made as aguaranteee for the faithful fulfilment of the. engagement. IT being the intention of the Government to grant a License for an Accommodation Honsc on the Upper Taieri Ferry Reserve, Tenders will bereceired at the Superintendent's Office, Dunedin, on or before FRIDAY, the 28th day of February current, from parties willing to erect such an House, which _ Honse must include, independently of accommodation for ordinary travellers, separate bed-rooms for at least ten persons, besides a sitting-room for travellers. A good stable for at least 12 horses must also be erected. A plan of the whole to accompany the tender. Tender to state bow much ground rent will be paid. The usual license fee must bo paid for the license to sell spirits. The lease will hi for one year, but will be renewed from jear to year if the house is conducted to the satisfaction of the Government, as respects charges and otherwise. If the lease is Jiot renswed, however, the property erected with the sanction of the Government will be taken at a valuation. The tenant will havo nothing to do with the working of the ferry. The building must be erected within two months after the acceptance of the tender, and £50 must be lodged with the tender as a guarantee for the fulfilment of the engagement.
