Charles Pelviii. three charges dined 20s on First, and os each en others, with costs 19s 6d. Thomas W. Kelr'lir-r, fined 10s, and costs 19s fid. W. Hanniliii. lined 10s. and costs 19s fid. —Breach of J'rphibiriou Orders. — Waiter Hill, char-fed with procuring liquor while subject to a prohibition order, and with entt-riuy licensed premises, was convicted ami discharged on the first, and lined tl and costs 7s on tiie second charge. D.uid M'Laren. ,<;n two charges r >i' entering different hotels in Wainiate on 14th May. 1912. and with procuring liquor while subject to a prohibition order, was fined £5. and costs 7s, on one charge. v,nd convicted and discharged on the others.
