The Rev. ?»lr Carrtithers has been elected President of the Methodist Conference.
The Rev. Mr Yonngman. speaking regarding his recent, visit to New Zealand in connection with the inauguration of an i'.idf-pendent conference and the consummation of Methodist union in New Zealand, said that no one could- realise the importance of the step taken, but he was perfectly confident that the union would mean a great advancement in Metht.dism in the Dominion.
