The "Women's Liberal Federation lias declined to affiliate with associations whose objects do not include women's franchise. It has also adopted a resolution to the effect that it would probably become impossible to sustain amicable relations with the Liberal party unless the franchise were granted. The Times says that the Federation's position has impelled the Government to take up the White Slave Traffic Bill.
