The plaintiff claimed £2O asainstthe aviator Hart. It is allegen ttat defendant propelled an aeroplane over a herd of cows, causing a stampede, in'which : two were killed. He further claimed that defendant broke and: entered upon his land. The verdict was for plaintiff for the amount claimed. The second count was disallowed. As the result of yesterday's case, Hart declares that aeroplaning is too risky, and after filling the existing'engagements he will drop, out of the game.
