(Per Press Association.) D lined in, December 23. Interviewed this morning in regard to the allegation re the exercise locally of the Catholic vote on behalf of tho Ministerial candidates. Father Coffey gave it an absolute and unqualified denial. In respect to the allegation concerning the election of Mr Millar lie said not a single elector belonging to his church had been seen on behalf of the Minister by any priest or official of the church. He pointed out that when he referred in church to the general election he strongly advised all electors to vote for the men whom they !>elieved would best represent the conntry; not a single candidate's name was mentioned in any of their churches.
