Received December 22, at 8.5 a.m. London, December 21". Mr A. Anderson, MIP.. for North Ayrshire, declared that ; nobody ever suggested to give Ireland control of the Customs and excise. Tho Government would put Ireland in the same position as British-Columbia, occupies in regard to Canada.
