It is stated that the doctors who are opposing the Insurance Bill are raising a £500,000 guarantee amongst the profession against loss so as to make a boycott of the Act possible even in districts where the doctors' organisation is weakest. London, December 23. At the bye-election for Ayrshire North, occasioned by Mr Anderson's appointment as Solicitor-General for Scotland, tho Insurance Bill will bo the cliief issue. It is thought there' will' bo a turnover of many Labor votes.
