[Br Electric Telegraph—CoprnioHT.) (Per Press Association*.) Received June 3, at 9.35 a.m. London, June 2. In the House of Commons Mr J. Butcher gave notice of a resolution that Mr C'hurehill's reference to the judges was unworthy of the Home Secretary, and deserved the strongest censure.
