ALL-RED ROUTE.
[Br Electric Telegraph—Cotouoht.] (Per Press Association.) Received June 3, at 9.3-5 a.m. Loudon, Juno 2. Supporters of the All-red route laid documents before the Imperial Conference, including Admiral Cyprian Bridge's report favoring Blacksod Bay as the port of arrival of ships bringing food iu time of war. Blacksod Bay lining more remote from a probable enemy's base, a smaller naval force would l>e necessary to defend it than any other line of commjinicatioii to the United Kingdom. Supporters of the All-red route suggest Blacksod as the port, to which cargoes of neutral vessel:; would be consigned if the Declaration of -fjondon were approved, without danger of interfe.-ence on the part of hostile warships.'
