HOCKEY.

(Pes Pbess Association.) Wellington, July 23. Strack for Wellington. In the second half C. Strack-(2), Loader, and Parton scored for Wellington, and, Reid for Wairarapa. The home team thus won by six goals to three. A junior match between Wairarapa and Wellington was won by .the visitors by three to two.
