REVOLUTION IN NICARAGUA.

It is stated that the Unitod States Secretary of State had learned from Madrid that the President of Nicaragua has offered a certain European Power the use of a coaling station at Nicaragua, if it will on his behalf. It is considered in Washington a foregone conclusion that the offer will not ho accepted.
