Wellington, April 1. Another heated discussion took place at" the Hibernian conference to-day concerning the advisability of removing the headquarters from Auckland. One Christchurch delegate condemned the action of the executive in sending out the circulars referred to yesterday, and said it was unworthy of the executive. The question of the issue of proxies for the representation of . branches by delegates not residing in the district worked by the branches in question was also hotly condemned. The President in reply said only three branches were represented by proxy. He the. Auckland branch officers .we|e also the .district executive.
