DRAUGHTS CHAMPIONSHIP.

By Telegraph. (Special to the Mail.) Dunedin, September 2. The Star's Brisbano correspondent advises that the recently constituted Draughts Association for Australasia appointed Mr Robert Caldow its first president, Mr Butterfield secretary, and Mr Hilliker treasurer. As all these are resident in Dunedin, it follows that the next Australasian championship will be held in this city. Mr Boreham, the champion, will return by the Mokoia, via Auckland.
