The Weather.
Captain Edwin telegraphs to-day as follows : Wind.—Moderate from between we9t and south and south-east at all places north of Napier and New Plymouth, and from between south and east and northeast elsewhere. Barcmeter. Rise slowly everywhere. Sea.—Moderate on both coasts. Tides.—Generally moderate. Frost is probable on the high country in the Souch Island.
