A FENIAN PLOT.
(:Sv R'lrotkio Telegraph—Uoi'vutoit.) (pee united press association. ) Received September 23, at 1 a.m. Paris, September 22. Tynan has appealed to Mr J. D. Euatls, American Ambassador, to prevent hie extradition, and declares that if successful he will receive the thanks of millions of Irishmen. Mr Eustis has notified the Government that Tynan is an American subject. The majority of the French newspapers regard it as impossible that the man can be extradited.
