The sculling match between Bubear sod Brown, for LIOO a-eide, to-day, was won by the latter on a foul. The men rowed on even terms for some distance, and Babear then began to forge ahead. At the mile post he waa leading by a length and a quarter, giving Brown his " wash." The latter sported and caught his opponent near Patney, and claimed a foul, npon whioh Bubear stopped. Up to that point the distanoe covered had been rowed la 9min Caeca. A full Oourt reserved their deoislon on the point raised in the M'Leod case, bb to whether a decree of divorce, issued to M'Leod against his first wife in New Mexico, should be recognised. The Darling River and Its tributaries are again flooding above Bourke. A recent flood has reached Went worth,'a town on the banks of the Darling, near its con. flueooe with the Murray, and a repetition of _the Bourke disaster is feared.
