'RKUTER'S TELEGRAMS.) Received June 9, at 12.50 p.m. Melbourne, June 9. The examination, of the prisoners in custody for the Simpson Road Bank robbery was. concluded yesterday, when the whole number were remanded, bail being refused. The police hare been taking active steps to prevent the disposal of the plunder by any confederates. Four of the prisoners have been identified by witnesses as the same as those who were seen to leave tho Bank and drive off in the cart; and to subsequently enter Studley Park. A further search in the park yesterday resulted in the discovery of L2OO in National Bank notes and a bag of stiver buried in the ground.
