IMPORTANT SALE OF HAKATERAMEA LANDS.

On Saturday next, at his {Stores, Harbor-street, Mr. A. H. Maude will submit to public competition Spring Valley farm situated in the Waiareka district, numerous sections in the Hakateramea Valley, consisting of from 16 to 4G4 acres ; sections in the Waihola township. and sections 80 and 87 and 96 and 97, South Oamaru. The Hakateramea country has already acquired a fame reaching far beyond the Colonies, by means of the excellence of the cereals which }t has proved itself capable of producing. Hakateramea has been awarded the palm both at Home and in the Colonies as a wheat-growing country.
