No entry will be recieved for any of the races except on the condition that all disputes shall be desided by ths Stewards, whose decisions in all cases shall be final. Dtmedin Jockey Club Rules stiictly adhered to. No protest will be entertained unless £3 3s be deposited, which will be forfeited ahoutd the protest prove frivolous. Qualification fee, £2 2s. No nomination or entry will be received unless duly qualified. Not less than three horses to stirt for race, or only half the stakes. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stakes. Nominations to be in the hands of the Secretary not later than the 22nd of September. Weights to appear in the local papers on the sth October. Acceptances and sweeps to be paid to the Secretary up to the night of 12". h October, which is thjt night of general entry. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Duntroon, enclosing entrance fees, names and age of horses, and colors of the rider.
