The Ottoman Government offers to cede to Greece the frontier to South Janina in Epirus and Larissa and Thessaly, but the towns themselves are not to be included in the ceded territory as required by the Supple-' mentary Berlin Conference. The death of M. Offenbaoh, the wellknown French musician and composer, is announced to-day. Deceased was 61 years of age. The Australian cricketers left England to-day for the Continent, where
