THE following ALTERATIONS in train runnings will be made on that day :—• The 4 p.m. Timaru train will leave Oamaru at 5 p.m.; the 4.30 p.m. from Timaru at 5.30 p.m. ; each being one hour later at all stations to destination. The 5.30 p.m. from Wairaate will not leave till 6.30 p.m., and will be an honr later going and returning. The 3.55 p.m. Duntroon train will leave Oamaru at 5 p.m., and the 6.25 p.m. will leave Duntroon at 7.15 p.m., and be fifty minutes later at all stations to Oamaru. The 4.15 p.m. Ngapara train will leave at 5.15 p.m., and the 6.5 p.m. from Ngapara will leave at 6.55 p.m., and be fifty minutes later at all stations to Oamaru.

OAMARU TO RACECOURSE. Trains will ran at short intervals, from 12.30 p.xn. till 2 p.m.. and from 4 p.m. till half an hoar after last race. The morning trains from, and the evening trains to, Timarn and Duntroon will stop opposite the course. Fare, Oamaru to Course (return), Is. Ordinary single-fare tickets issued at stations between Dunedin and Timaru, inclusive, to Oamaru, on the 11th inst., will be available for return up to and including Monday. 14th inst. W. M.
