Three children at Bowcn Falls went shooting. The youngest (aged four years) dawdled, and the eldest (aged eight) deliberately shot him, imposing silence on his sister, who was present. The Bill legalising tho totalisator was read a first time in the Assembly Inst night, Melboceke, November 25. The defendants in the totalisator cases were fined nominal amounts.
