(from our own correspondents.) DUNEDIN. July 8. In the Supreme Court, Cooney, for till robbery, has been sentenced to two years' imprisonment; Fuller, for the same oft'ence, to three months' ; Margaret M'Donald, for unlawfully wounding a Chinaman, one month. At the Supreme Court, James Hartley, charged with robbery at Oamaru from the person, was acquitted. Captain Baldwin will be the Secularist candidate for the seat rendered vacant by the resignation of Mr. Stout. CHRISTCHURCH. July 8. Charles "William Greenwood, clerk, accused of embezzlement, has been acquitted. _
