July 24, The Land Board Commissioners recommend throwing open on the deferred payment nystem of 2500 acres on the Barnscleugh station, 5000 acres on Run 221. and 5340 acres in Ida Valley ; and 9400 acres on Run 2*28, for agricultural leasing. In the Supreme Court, thftf morning, the Judge made an absolute rule against Aldridge, solicitor, who is charged with sellingbank shares belonging to a client and converting the proceeds to his own use. The attachment has been issued, and the question of striking his name ofF the mils is reaerred for the Court of Appeal. A similar case against another solicitor comes before th* Court next week. ;
