The Sappers from the Indian Contingent at Malta have started for Cyprus. The Board of Trade is holding an enquiry re the stranding of the Garonne. The Asiatic boundaries have been settled by Congress. It is expected that the treaty will be signed on Saturday. "Haldel, of Berlin, has beon sentenced to death. Consul Fawcett reports that SS villages wen- plundered and burnt by the Russians and Bulgarians during the last two months.
