A letter from Mr. Herdman, Manager of the Union Bank, with reference to the repayment of debentures, &c., was referred to the Standing Committee wi:h Dower to act.

Some dissatisfaction was expressed that no information had been received from the Engineer with reference to the fender piling ordered to be carried. It was decided to forward a telegram to the Engineer urging him to push on the work.
