May 30. At a mooting of tlio Harbor Board today, the Engineer recommonded that clause 12 of tho contract doed botwoon the Board and Mr. Proudfoofc should bo enforced, as the latter had not furnished him with information as to tho stops ho had taken to ensuro tho completion of tho dredging contract in its integrity. At the request of Mr. Proudfoot. consideration of the'same was postponed.
