DISTRICT PRIZE FIRING.
The Otepopo Volunteers fired yesterday for the disirict priz-s, Sub-Lieut. Youm:, of tin- Hampden Company, being in chnrue of th- firing party, assisted by Stall' Ser-reant-Maj.'r M'Piu'rson. The coodiu'oiis were-'2OO, 400, and 500 yards: five shots at e/'ch ran-e ; Wimbledon targets : any position. The weather was dark and damp, witli a light wind from the firing point.
