MINUTES, ETC. The minutes of the last meeting were read .and confirmed, aim t!ie outward correspondence read and approved. IMPROVEMIiNTS AT RKEAKWATER. Tlie Secretary (.Mr. Forrester) read a memorandum in reference to so.ne improvements lately liLcted by him in the appliances for lifting and placing in position the concrete (docks at the Breakwater, and explained the nature of the improvements. Tae Chairman said he thought the matter was one of so great imp") t nice as to demand some notice at the hands of the Board. Mr. Forrester had effected a iiumbir of improvements in the mod.: of earning on the works at the B.e.ikwatir, but hitherto he had received very liul- notice for his efforts in that direction.
