AUCKLAND.
October 22. The Bank of New Zealand half-yearly meeting took place to-day. A dividend of 10 per cent., with a bonus of ss. per share, was declared, L 23,000 added to the Reserve, Fund, and LIBOO balance was carried forward to profit and loss on new account for the next half-year.
