At 12.40 the Judge sent for the jury, when the foreman said that there was no prospect of them agreeing. The jury was then discharged, and a now trial, before a special jury, was fixed for October 31. His Honor Judge Williams has t-.oken till four o'clock to consider whether or not he will admit Prondfoot to bail.
