:* v Dunedin, October 2. A true bill has been found in Jones's case; but/application,will'be postpone the trial till next session, as the defence will call Ministers from Wellington. Attention was called by the Judiie to the circumstance of Mr. .Fenwick, being on the jury ; but the latter explained that he had intended withdrawing when the case came on.
