DUNEDIN. September 19. Messrs. Chapman, Tailored, and Menzies have been appointed a Commission to inquire into the High School dispute. Warden Simpson put all the applicants for land in the Roxburgh block on oath. Only four refused to take it. There was great excitement during the proceedings.
