DUNEDIN.
July 24. The jury engaged 111 considering the case of Pritcliard v. the Corporation of Dunedin (an action for LGOOO damages, sustained ty reason of negligent formation of Canongate-street) were locked up last night and discharged this morning, as they could not agree upon a verdict.
