BOMBARDMENT OF KARS.

THE TURK'S DEFEATED. Singapore, June 22, 11.10. The batteries have commenced bombarding the forts at Kars. The left wing of the Russian army is marching towards Kupriksi. The Turks are retreating to Delibate, where they have received reinforcements.

Consols are falling, consequent on a report that the Government will ask additional credit for armament. The Turks have been defeated at Delibate, and compelled to fall back on Erzroum. Bombay, June 21, 1.45 a.m. The House of Lords has voted an amendment in the Burial Bill, entitling dissenters to choose the form of service for the deceased.
