The following message has just been received by the Government from tlio Agent-General, dated London, June 21st:—-

The Russian left wing has gained a victory at Delibeta, Armenia. The Turkish losses, in killed and prisoners, are reported at 1450. The Russians are about to cross the Danube, and an important battle is hourly expected.
