THE ELI WHITNEY.
Wellington, March 14. Divers have been employed all day on the wrecked hulk Eli Whitney. They got up a donkey-engine, valued at L2OO, to-day. It is expected that other valuables will be recovered. The hulk is to be raised bodily, tenders having been called for the work.
