MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
THIS DAY. [fe'ire T. W. P/.ttKKR, Esq., K.M.] HRfSK AND DI.SOP.I»KULy. John Dixon was charged with the above offence, and this being his first- appearance, before the Court, was discharged with a caution Kobirt Whitmcyer was brought up and charged with being drunk and disorderly yesterday afternoon. The accused, who was only discharged from custody yesterday forenoon on a charge of attempting to commit suicide, was fined 205., or 10 days' imprisonment.
