Tippet v. Clarkin.—Claim, L2 3s. 7d. Judgment for plaintiff.
W. J. Steward and Co. v. Howe.— Claim L 4 Bs. 6d. Defendant admitted the debt, and offered to pay it in instalments of ss. per week. This offer was refused, and judgment was given for plaintiffs.
Spence and Bee v. Newey.—-Claim, Lll ss. scl. Judgment for plaintiff's. Longford v. Woodward (Public Trustee in Intestate Estates). —This case was being proceeded with when our reporter left.
