The Bench considered the case proved, and inflicted a fine of £5. BREACH OF RAILWAY BYE-LAWS. James lluss&ll was charged with entering a railway carriage at Oamaru on the 22nd instant, while the train was in motion, and was ordered to pay 303. fine for the offence.
