MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
THIS DAY. [Before T. W. Parker, Esq., R.M.] y . DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. ; Patrick Keating was brought tip on a charge of worshipping at the shrine of the Rosy God. Patrick acknowledged the soft impeachment, but, on account of his devotions being paid in an unusually quiet manner, he was discharged with a caution. CIVIL CASES. THOMAS DUNN V. EUGENE MCCARTHY. Claim for £8 9s. for rent, &c. Mr. Balmer appeared for the plaintiff, and, after examining the defendant, asked. for an adjournment, to procure the attendance of Mr. Dunn. The Bench adjourned the case till Friday. REID AND GRAY V. MICHAEL M'iNTYRE.
Claim for goods supplied, to the amount of £2 103. Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs. WATSON AND ANOTHER V. HENRY COWLEY. Claim for £7 Is. 7d. Defendant did not appear, and judgment was given for plain tills, with costs.
