LIBEL The ""Tuapeka Times " for publishing, and the Dunedin "Star" for re-publishing, a paragraph alleged to be utterly false, stating that a Roman Catholic Priest had married a former Sister of Mercy in a Dunedin Convent, have been served with criminal writs for libel. Mr. Bell's case conies off on Tuesday. Mi*. Macassey is retained for the prosecution.
