SALE OF MUNICIPAL SECTIONS.
The leases of the following Municipal sections for the term of twenty-one years, were sold by public auction at noon to-day, by Messrs. Connell and Clowes, at the Council Chambers :—Section 15, block XCIV., Town of Oamaru, upset price, £2 Ss., amount realised, £4 ; purchaser, Arthur Toms. Section 15, block LX., Town of Oamaru, upset price, £2 Ss., amount realised, £3 ISs. ; purchaser, John Hood. Sections 20 and 21, block XIV., Town of Oamaru, Slaughter House Keserve, were purchased by John the upset price of £4 per annum. Sections 22, 23, and 24, were passed in.
