I Mr. Hislop apx>eared on behalf of tIM Crown, and Mr. O'Meagher defended the prisoner. Mr. J. W. Bee was .chosen foreman of the Jury. The evidence of prosecutrix was substantially the same as that given in the Lower Court. [Left sitting.]
