On November 1. 1910, Mr, Price was sentenced to a term ot imprisonment m default of finding sureties that he WOULD KEEP THE PEACE. When ho c&me out he worked as a hotel porter at Tlmaru and had not been heard of since, although a warrant had been issued for his arrest and tho police had practically dry blown the country m an endeavour to locate him. Corroborative evidenco was givon by a man named Brown and by Constable Ryan, who nailed what had been eaid about gaol and tho unexecuted wari rant. Hannah was given her decree and th» I custody of tho child.
