Last week the Dunedln District Committee met, Mr. P. Miller occupying the chair. It was unanimously resolved that B. Berry's disqualification be removed, and further resolved that a copy of the evidence submitted by Berry be forwarded to the Southland Racing Club. This decision has given general satisfaction.
